Cream ice cream
Milk-based flavours: vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, walnut and more.
Cream ice creams are made from milk, cream and sugar. We use real vanilla pods and dark chocolate – differences you can taste in a single scoop.
The daily selection runs to between eight and twelve flavours and changes through the week.
Portions and storage
By the scoop, in a cone, a cup or a family portion. At home, keep it at the back of the freezer rather than in the door: temperature swings form ice crystals and cost the ice cream its creaminess.
Ingredients
Milk, cream, sugar, egg yolk, varying flavourings.
