Espresso
Short and full-bodied – the cleanest choice alongside a pastry.
Espresso is the base of every other coffee we serve. We use a darker roast blend that holds up to milk without turning sour on its own.
Alongside a sweet pastry it is the best choice: the bitterness resets the palate without overpowering the cake.
What we suggest with it
Espresso is the best partner for buttercream cakes. With fruit pastries we suggest a latte instead, as the two acidities clash.
